Order Processing & Shipping

Bo2S Lady Designs accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Orders placed before 9:00 PM CST are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• During sales, holidays, collection launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 3–7 business days.
• Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transportation issues are the responsibility of the carrier.
• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
