Processing & Shipping


Bo2S Lady strives to provide the best quality merchandise, along with offer you a supreme experience.  Before shipping there will always be a thorough inspection to ensure you receive non damaged or defective items.  This is not to say we make no mistakes, so in the case of you receiving damaged goods please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email (
bo2sladydesigns@gmail.com) so we can handle the issue.  It is our desire for your experience to be the absolute best, our mission is to serve with excellence! 

Bo2S Lady Design accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week, Online orders before 9PM. will be processed same day and shipped out next day.  During holidays, please allow a longer processing and shipping time of 3-7 business days from date of purchase.  Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Any Issues with delivery delays please contact shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned or exchanged items. 

Most orders are available for pickup instore, please allow 1-2 hours for preparation. Please come prepared with confirmation email verifying purchase.  Without this, there is no way for us to verify your purchase.
